Everything we do is a story to be told
A good writer knows how to tell a story that provokes emotion and empathy. Whether it's in a few words, a series of emails, or full pages of a blog, being able to communicate a story is to build human connection. As a Copywriter, I've been telling brand stories through various channels with the intent of fulfilling a brand's mission along the way. As an Editorial Director, I've taken storytelling to the next level through creating brand narratives and campaigns that express a brand's mission, vision, and values, as well as overseeing all editorial touchpoints that act as bridges between the consumer and the company. As a Content Strategist, I’ve expanded my storytelling skills to move beyond the written and into all forms of communication—from the social landscape to IRL—creating content that breeds engagement and loyalty. In my years of writing, editing, and content strategy what has pushed my work and passion forward is always creating with a lens of inclusivity and empowerment. It's important that whenever a platform is presented to us, we use it to uplift and inspire.
